
一、伸缩节的作用
防止管道热胀冷缩、沉降等原因将管道拉裂、变形。
二、技术规范要求
1.UPVC排水塑料管需按设计要求及位置装设伸缩节,横干管、支管、器具通气管及管道上无汇合管件的直线长度大于2.2m的管道应装设专用伸缩节。
2.伸缩节间距不大于4米,层高小于4米的建筑,每层设置一个伸缩节。
三、伸缩节位置要求
1.伸缩节设置位置应靠近水流汇合管件,伸缩节插口应顺水流方向。
2.立管穿楼层处为固定支承且排水管在楼板之下接入时,伸缩节应设置于水流汇合管件之下。
3.立管穿楼越楼层处为固定支承且排水支管在楼板之上接入时,伸缩节应设置于水流汇合管件之上。
4.立管穿越楼层处为不固定支承时,伸缩节可设置于水流汇合管件之上或之下。
5.立管上无排水支管接入时,伸缩节可按伸缩节设计间距置于楼层任何部位。
6.横管上设置伸缩节应设于水流汇合管件上游端。
四、现场安装注意事项
1.预埋时注意离墙位置,防止外立面保温或石材安装后伸缩节位置无法安装,如DN100塑料管,伸缩节外径140。
2.管道与伸缩节连接时,先将管道插到伸缩节底部,在管道表面做出标记,根据安装时环境温度,使伸缩节与管道标志线之间预留15~25mm的伸缩量,通常冬季安装留取25mm,夏季安装取15mm。
